Creating Bright Futures For All
Did you know 1 in 36 children are diagnosed with autism? Together, we are making the future bright for kids with autism.
School Fundraising
Whether you are a parent, a teacher, or a student, you can make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. By participating in Bright Futures, you will have access to the fundraising tools you need. Whether your event is happening during the school day, at a sporting event, or virtually, we will support you every step of the way.
School Fundraising Ideas
A Week for Bright Futures
Raise awareness and funds with a full week of exciting activities! Plan different events each day to keep the momentum going. You can even coordinate this with homecoming week or spirit week for added fun and impact.
A Day for Bright Futures
Coordinate a no uniform day or costume day, have a penny drive at an assembly or upcoming sporting event, host a bake sale, or send candy or flowergrams to other students.
Host a ‘Thon
Host a danceathon, walkathon, or readathon! Encourage friends and family to make donations as the students participate in the ‘thon you choose.
Sports Fundraiser
Have a Bright Futures Night at an upcoming game and a portion of admissions and concessions from that game will support Easterseals. You can even pick a theme like ‘Bright Out’ and encourage fans to wear neon colors or sunglasses.
Students’ Night Out
Host a night to remember by planning a carnival, game night, bingo, trivia, or movie night. Students can even create planning committees to help coordinate!
Compete for a Cause
Have a friendly competition between teachers and students or grade levels. Plan a field day full of tug of war, three-legged race and more, host a sports tournament like kickball, or get your principal to dye their hair if you raise a certain amount.
